Hello Everyone!
Please share this information with members of your community!
USRowing is hosting an Identification Camp out of Pocock Rowing Center on February 23rd, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM!
ABOUT THE CAMP:
The mission of the USRowing 2025 U19 One-Day ID Camps is to identify and inspire future elite rowers while providing a clear pathway for success at both national and international levels.
This camp is designed for athletes of all experience levels—whether they’re looking to improve their rowing skills, prepare for collegiate competition, or pursue a spot on the U.S. National Team.
NEW IN 2025!
We have added a technical model to the curriculum that provides a structured breakdown of key elements that optimize rowing stroke efficiency, focusing on balance, rhythm, power transfer, and boat speed management. Coaches are more than welcome to attend and observe!
