Rowing Outreach on the Willamette (R.O.W)
R.O.W. is a program developed for Portland's lower income, minority and homeless youth, offering them an opportunity to try out the sport of rowing.
During the Summer 2006, RCRC will offer rowing classes to high school students through partnerships develped with these three local organizations:
